Pawsible AI is an AI pet creative service operated by Ignisy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Pawsible AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains the information we process when you use pawsible.work and related services.

Depending on how you use Pawsible AI, we may process:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, login details, session information, and preferences.
  • Generation content, such as pet photos, prompts, generated images, generation history, and related project information.
  • Purchase information, such as credit-pack orders, payment status, billing details, and transaction records. Payment providers process full payment credentials on our behalf.
  • Technical and security information, such as browser and device information, IP address, logs, cookies, and anti-abuse signals.
  • Support communications, including messages and information you provide when contacting us.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide pet-image generation, account, history, credit, and support features;
  • authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;
  • process purchases and manage credits;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Service Providers and Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with third-party service providers that support cloud storage, AI image processing, application hosting, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security monitoring, and abuse prevention.

Pet photos, prompts, and related generation inputs may be transmitted to cloud storage and AI image-processing providers so that we can provide the generation you request. These providers process information for the services they provide to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, Pawsible AI, or the public.

5. Your Content

You retain the rights you have in pet photos, prompts, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You should upload only content that you have permission to use.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide account features and generation history, operate and secure the service, resolve support requests and disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by data type and how you use the service.

Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal records may be retained when necessary even after other eligible data is deleted. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage system is completely secure.

7. Your Choices and Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information. Send requests from the email address associated with your account to support@pawsible.work. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if required cookies are disabled.

Pawsible AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
