1. Introduction and Acceptance

Pawsible AI is an AI pet creative service operated by Ignisy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Pawsible AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using pawsible.work and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pawsible AI. If the law where you live requires a higher age to agree to online services, you must meet that requirement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity through your account and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Service and Credits

Pawsible AI provides tools that use pet photos and prompts to create AI-generated images. Features, supported formats, credit costs, and availability may change as the service develops.

Pawsible AI offers one-time credit packs. Purchased credits are valid for 180 days from the purchase date unless a different validity period is clearly shown at checkout. Trial or promotional credits may have a shorter validity period shown when they are granted. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you do not have permission to use;
  • create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, threatening, sexually exploitative, or harmful content;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • impersonate another person or use generated content to mislead others;
  • bypass credit limits, access controls, or security measures;
  • interfere with the service or attempt unauthorized access; or
  • use the service in violation of applicable law.

We may refuse a generation, remove content, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect users, the service, or the public.

5. User Content and Generated Results

You retain the rights you have in photos, prompts, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload.

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and third-party rights, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes. We do not claim ownership of your generated results. You are responsible for reviewing them before publication or use.

6. AI and Third-Party Services

Pawsible AI may use third-party AI systems and infrastructure to provide the service. Generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or free of third-party claims.

7. Purchases, Refunds, and Failed Generations

Prices, included credits, and validity periods are shown before purchase. You agree to pay the charges displayed at checkout.

Purchases of digital credits are generally non-refundable once completed. If you experience a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, non-delivery of purchased credits, or another issue covered by mandatory law, contact support@pawsible.work. We review eligible requests case by case and generally respond within three business days. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

When a generation fails or is canceled before completion, the service will automatically restore the credits consumed for that generation. Restored credits are not a cash refund. Credits already used successfully or allowed to expire are not refundable.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information in connection with the service.

9. Service Availability and Termination

We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawsible AI and generated results are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Review generated results before relying on them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ignisy LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Pawsible AI during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections available where you live remain unaffected.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
